Your First Shopping Raw Food List

When you decide to start out on a raw food list, it is important that you take one with you grocery shopping. Otherwise, you will be unsure of what to purchase. Below is a list that you can easily take with you, to get some ideas on what you should purchase.

Fruits and Veggies: Look for fresh herbs, avocadoes, green beans, leafy green vegetables, cucumbers, garlic, cabbage, coconuts, and grapefruit.

Snacks: Look for organic granola bars, baby carrots, dried fruit or raw nuts.

Oils: Buy cold pressed sesame oil, extra virgin coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil.

Meat and Fish: Cold smoked salmon.

Condiments: Watch out for stone ground mustard, organic green olives, apple cider vinegar, raw salsa, and dried tomatoes.

Spices: Curry, organic herbs, and Himalayan salt are all delicious.

Grains: Watch for Quinoa, buckwheat and wild rice.

Take this raw food list when you go grocery shopping next. Try to find as many of these items as you can to buy. This list doesn’t include all of the great foods that you can buy, but it will help you get started on finding the best foods possible for your new raw food diet. Your body will be healthier, and you will have more energy.
